How are shipping costs calculated?

Deco Factory ships all the parcels by carrier (Transports GLS) or by post. GLS enables to deliver in person (sign for delivery), and your parcel is insured against loss and damages.

Shipping cost is calculated according to weight. To make it as fair as possible for you, it is calculated per 1kg (there is no fixed rate per 5kg as you might see on other websites). You don't need an account at Deco-Factory to see the shipping cost: just add items you're interested in to your basket and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated. You will be able to see them by clicking on "Place order"– and then continue shopping if you want to.

Example :

An artificial flower weighs about 80g (e.g. a poppy), and the packaging weighs 200g.

Calculation* :

• The cost for 1 artificial flower is €6.55
• The cost is also €6.55 for 10 artificial flowers!
• The cost will be €6.85 from 11 to 22 artificial flowers – only €0.30 more!

Shipping costs do not depend on how many items you order but on the total weight of your order on the whole website (artificial flowers, artificial trees, tableware, etc.) including packaging.
