Can I pay by credit card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express?


YES, you can use all these types of credit card except American Express. Whatever your bank is, choose this payment method and you will be redirected to a secure server.

Can I pay by cheque?


NO, Deco Factory only accepts French cheques. 

 

  

Can I pay by giving cash on delivery?


NO, you can't because our transport company's delivery men are not authorized to receive money.

  

  

I am a professional and I just want an estimate, what must I do?


Place your order normally and at checkout choose "Estimate". We will receive your order as a request for an estimate. Of course it is completely free of charges. Don't forget to give us your company registration number.

How is shipping cost calculated?


As shipping cost is calculated according to weight, it depends on the total weight of your order. Please note that shipping cost is calculated for an express delivery.

  

 

Who is going to deliver my product(s)?


In order to avoid any dispute or delays due to strikes we entrust the private transport company GLS with all our parcels. GLS delivers in person (sign for delivery). If you're out on the day of the delivery, GLS will contact you to set up an appointment to deliver your parcel. If you are often out, consider asking for a delivery to your neighbour's address or even at your workplace. If you live in an apartment don't forget to specify the floor number and digital lock number.

  

  

When will I receive my parcel?


As soon as you pay, your order is accepted and dealt with by our warehouse team members. Delivery takes around 8 days depending on the destination. Of course this is just to give you an idea, some products might be out of stock at times.  In this case, it takes about 15 days to stock up and ship your order.

   

 

Is my parcel insured?


YES. All deliveries proceeded by GLS are insured against loss and damages. For the insurance to be taken in account you have to check your item's condition in front of the delivery man, even if your parcel seems to be undamaged. If your product is broken at delivery refuse it. GLS will then tell us about the dispute and we will immediately replace your product at our expense.
